$6.00
The constraints of this lesson invite a reorganization of your middle. By holding one foot and using the weight of your limbs, you may discover a new sense of your dimensionality, ability to connect to your spine and ribs for support, and a clearer sense of the connection between your legs and torso. I adored & totally ‘loved’ this lesson!
I found it embodying and my nervous system could relax and roll and discover and play. This was what I needed after a dreadful few day, it was like the enabling of another freeze and looser language you offered us through your options and the qualities were a real delicious treat. I liked the way you enabled us to join the tail bone with the head and I was not aware of that until you spoke Fritha about that connection. A tonic and a treat! I liked that the following day , I felt more connected to my centre, on a walk! Fritha’s classes are very connecting to the mind, body and spirit! Wow!
