Standing Backwards, Part 1

In this lesson you will explore subtle shifts of weight through your feet and hip joints as you move your pelvis and shoulder girdle in various directions. Notice any changes in your sense of support from the ground, length through your spine, and ease in your breath. Enjoy and go slow! Take as many rests as you need.
