Mouth and Jaw Workshop

This workshop recording includes two Awareness Through Movement lessons. For privacy reasons the Q and A has not been included.

The first lesson explores attention to the small details of the tongue, teeth, and movements of the jaw, while the second lesson helps to integrate and connect these small explorations to the function of the whole spine.
