Grounding and Balance 3

For the final session in this series you will take your exploration into standing! Have a chair ready for support to help you with balance. Notice how you can integrate your new feet and improved breathing into finding clarity of support while standing. You will explore standing on one leg and sensing the movements of your ankles, hip joints, and spine as you do various movements. Take as many rests as you need. Remember to stay with your sensation and see how you can find more ease in what you are doing. Have fun!
