Clocks with the Pelvis and Head

Feldenkrais taught many lessons with variations using the image of a clock face. This lesson offers a spacious exploration of imagining a clock for the head and a clock for the pelvis while exploring the interplay between the two. The invitation is to be with what is and allow deep knowing to change you rather than trying to fix something that doesn’t need fixing.
